Why Robert Luxmoore?

How we do it

We maximise cost savings, resolve problems, develop realistic timelines and assess performance against budget. The result is the realisation of each project’s full potential. Robert Luxmoore being positioned as more of a strategic property and projects adviser, helping clients to realise value from the development of their assets. We are confident that whatever the scale of our involvement in your project, the value of our experience will exceed its cost. Undeniably, property development involves risk. But most of that risk is manageable by thorough due diligence, which in turn is largely a function of experienced specialist consultants. At Robert Luxmoore we place enormous importance on painstaking due diligence.

Importantly, we have a thorough knowledge of today’s increasingly complex planning environment, whether this involves re-zonings or planning approval work. We strategically assess each site’s development possibilities. We understand micro issues such as land contamination and remediation – problems that can rapidly turn promising deals into expensive mistakes. Robert Luxmoore works with clients to realise each project’s full potential. Central to this is knowledge of what town planners will accept. Many good property deals never eventuate because of poor master plans. Too often master plans understate the permissible usage of a site, compromising a project’s full potential. Through each stage of the project we provide the following services:
