Robert Luxmoore congratulates the Royal Melbourne Golf Club (RMGC) on the official opening of the 3PS facility on 25 November 2023.
Our team, led by John Eggleston (Senior PM) provided Project Management services to RMGC during the ECI, design and construction phases for the new facility which includes:
• 192 space underground car park
• 400 bag compactus storage bays
• 300 electric bag & buggy storage bays
• 30 ride on cart storage bays
• Driving range (with Trackman Range technology)
• Bowls pavilion (with seating for 48 people)
• Café
• Putting green and associated landscaping works.
We’re glad to see the RMGC members enjoying the new facility, which will enhance their experience for years to come.
